Hey hey friend! My name is Brit and I’m glad we found each other here. From EnGAYged to Wifey is my honest love letter to all the non-traditional, LGBTQ+ couples who are getting ready for the wild ride called “wedding planning”.
As a lesbian photographer who planned her own non-traditional wedding, I wanted to share my journey cause I know how meaningful (and sometimes messy) it can be to create a wedding that actually reflects who you are. I’m here to share what it’s like to balance tradition, authenticity, and a whole lot of queer joy. From finding affirming wedding vendors to breaking gender norms in your ceremony, I hope this series inspires you to plan a day that feels like home.
